Personal and Academic Data

When you register for an account, we collect personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address, and University Roll Number. To personalize your experience, we also collect your academic information, including your college, branch, and current semester.

Usage and Performance Data

  • Attendance Data: We store attendance records that are entered either by you or by a verified faculty member from your institution to help you track your academic progress.
  • Test Performance: We collect and store your scores, answers, and performance on practice tests to provide you with detailed analytics and help you track your improvement over time.

User-Generated Content

This includes any study materials you may choose to upload and the content of your topics that are used by our AI to generate practice questions. We also collect data related to your interactions with AI-generated content.

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the Application to:

  • Create and manage your account.
  • Provide our core services, such as the attendance tracker and AI-powered practice tests.
  • Personalize your learning path by showing relevant subjects, resources, and practice modes.
  • Power and improve our AI question generation features.
  • Communicate with you regarding your account, our services, or updates.
  • Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience with the Application.

With Faculty and Administrators

Your attendance and academic performance data are accessible to verified faculty and administrators from your registered college. This is a core part of the "College OS" functionality and is done to facilitate the academic process and provide support.

If we believe the release of information about you is necessary to respond to legal process, to investigate or remedy potential violations of our policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others, we may share your information as permitted or required by any applicable law, rule, or regulation.

Security of Your Information

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. We leverage the robust security infrastructure of our backend provider, Supabase, which includes JWT-based authentication, encrypted storage, and Row Level Security to ensure your data is protected. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.
